Fitness around the property is permitted for personal use only. Arrangements must be made in advance if you wish to use the site for group or commercial fitness.

Play on the best pitches in Abu Dhabi! We offer 18 natural grass pitches have received the highest accolades from FIFA, the Asian Football Confederation and some of the best professional football clubs in the world. Futsal, 7-a-side and 11-a-side sizes available.

Ice Sports

Abu Dhabi’s best ice rink is at Zayed Sports City. Join us for public ice skating sessions or learn to ice skate with Zayed Sports Academy. Other sports offered include figure skating, ice hockey and ringette.

Rugby

The best rugby clubs in Abu Dhabi are found at Zayed Sports City. We have three rugby pitches on meticulously maintained grass, perfect for local and international tournaments.

Running

ZSC has two running tracks at ZSC for everyone to use. There is a 400m track near the football pitches and a 1.4km track around the national stadium. You can also jog throughout the site or even join our annual a running race series.

Use of the track and running around the property is permitted for personal use only. Enquire in advance if you wish to use the site for groups or commercial purposes. The 400m track may be used for running and walking only; no wheels (bikes, prams, skateboards, scooters, heelies, etc.) are allowed.

Softball and Baseball

The only softball and baseball field in Abu Dhabi is at ZSC, and it is the perfect spot for a kickball game as well.

Table Tennis

Some call it table tennis, others call it ping pong. No matter what you call this fun sport, we have several tables for you to play on in the bowling centre or the ice rink. 

Tennis

Abu Dhabi tennis does not get better than what’s on offer at ZSC, where we have 8 practice tennis courts, a stunning tennis stadium and the capital’s best tennis coaches.
